Dells Sells RSA, Simplifies Product Portfolio

On Tuesday, Feb. 18, it was announced that Dell Technologies Inc. will sell RSA Security LLC to a consortium led by the private equity firm Symphony Technology Group for $2.075 billion. Leaders at Dell said this was part of a continued effort to simplify the scope of its extensive product portfolio. 

Kronos and Ultimate Software Merge to Form $22B Software Company

Kronos Incorporated and Ultimate Software announced on Thursday that they will merge to form one of the world’s largest HR software systems. Expected to close at the end of March 2020, the merger will result in a HCM and workforce management software company valued at $22 billion, with a combined revenue of $3 billion.
