Singapore-based UnaBiz is the new owner of France-based ultra-narrowband IoT company Sigfox, the Commercial Court of Toulouse confirmed today. UnaBiz has acquired Sigfox SA, the primary technology company, and Sigfox France SAS, its network operator subsidiary in France.
