WrestleMania Backlash start time
WrestleMania Backlash live streams began at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT today (Sunday, May 16) — though it was advertised to start at 7 p.m. ET.
The first hour was the kick-off pre-show — where Ricochet and Sheamus fought.
We’re watching the WrestleMania Backlash live streams — which have zombies? Yes, it wasn’t enough for Backlash to get a little extra flair for its title. The Miz and Morrison were felled by zombies. Rhea Ripley defended her title, breaking our prediction of Charlotte winning.
Still … what’s up with Alexa Bliss? Is Charlotte her big target? That would make sense in a way, and keep Charlotte from dominating the division. Either way, Flair vs. Asuka vs. Rhea Ripley was one of the best matches on the card.
And that’s not to knock the rest of the superstars on the WrestleMania Backlash live stream. We all want to see Cesaro win, but it doesn’t seem like the time to end (or even pause) Roman Reigns’ amazing run as the head of the table on SmackDown. That said: Cesaro is likely main-eventing a WWE PPV, and that’s cause for celebration in and of itself. The Swiss Superman could leave tonight a proven main-eventer, and that’s what we expect to see.
Similarly, Bianca Belair’s reign as SmackDown Women’s Champion should not be altered by Bayley, but we expect a fun match from the pair. Also, Bobby Lashley’s WWE Championship run seems too good to stop, so we’re curious how they will extricate Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman from the title picture. Rumor has it that McIntyre will feud with Jinder Mahal next.
How to watch WrestleMania Backlash live streams with a VPN
While Peacock is available all across the U.S. and the WWE Network is still the standard around the world, WrestleMania Backlash live streams can get a bit confusing. You might want to check out a VPN if you can’t watch with the service you normally use.
International audiences will be pretty jealous of U.S. audiences, which will save up to 50% by switching to Peacock (unless you get the no-ads tier at $9.99 per month).
The best VPN is ExpressVPN. It meets the VPN needs of the vast majority of users, offering outstanding compatibility with most devices and impressive connection speeds.
ExpressVPN can access more than 3,000 servers spread out across 160 locations in 94 countries. The service performed reliably in our testing, and we found customer service responsive.View Deal
WrestleMania Backlash live streams in the U.S. are cheaper
The only place to watch WrestleMania is Peacock, which has a 7-day free trial of Peacock Premium, the tier you will need for WrestleMania Backlash.
There’s no need to pay for the ad-free tier for WWE live events, as there are always ads in the live editions of Peacock programming.
In addition to the WrestleMania Backlash live streams, Peacock also has huge library of licensed content drawn from various brands. That includes shows like 30 Rock, The Voice, Battlestar Galactica, Law & Order: SVU and This Is Us.View Deal
WrestleMania Backlash live streams in the UK and around the world
The rest of the world will grab WrestleMania Backlash live streams on the WWE Network, for a higher price — closer to the $9.99 that Americans used to pay. While those in the states pay less now, there is less content available — and the ad breaks are weird — so it’s a monkey’s paw situation on getting that discount.
