• TCL 43″ Class 4-Series 4K UHD Roku Smart TV: $258 $219 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
Call it a battle of dueling early Black Friday deals, only this time, Walmart edges out the competition. The retailer is taking $40 off the cost of TCL’s 43-inch Class 4 Series 4K smart TV (opens in new tab), bringing the cost down to $218. That very same model is currently on sale at Best Buy (opens in new tab), though you’ll pay $229 for the 43-inch TV set there.
Advantage: Walmart.
Regardless of where you buy the set, though, this TCL TV features excellent value and strong color fidelity. You also enjoy the Roku features that come built-in to this particular model if you do a lot of streaming.
• Samsung JetBot: $1,299 $249 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
With intelligent power control and LIDAR sensors that help it avoid objects, the Samsung JetBot can cost a pretty penny. Normally, Walmart lists the robot vacuum at $1,299. But an early Black Friday deal has dropped the price considerably — you can get the Samsung JetBot for $249 (opens in new tab), a savings of $1,050.
We’d say that’s a steal, even before reading our Samsung JetBot AI+ review. Other vacuums are better at the actual vacuuming part of the job, but the JetBot’s mix of obstacle detection, home monitoring, and alternative cleaning patterns makes it a winner — especially when the discount is as significant as what Walmart’s offering.
• Acer Chromebook 315: $179 $149 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
If you’re in the market for a Chromebook this holiday season, the early Black Friday sales may have you covered. For instance, you can save $30 on the 15-inch Acer Chromebook 315 (opens in new tab), bringing this bad boy home for less than $150.
Besides the 15.6-inch HD display, the Chromebook 315 features an Intel Celeron N4000 CPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. That’s a solid set of specs for a budget laptop, especially one that costs $30 less than normal.
We should note that Amazon has the same Chromebook on sale for $133 (opens in new tab), though it’s a refurbished version of the Acer Chromebook 315 and not the new model that Walmart is selling. In either case, you’re getting a top budget Chromebooks for a minimum amount of money.
We highlighted this deal on Monday, but it bears repeating because it looks like Walmart just replenished its stock. You can now get the Hisense 75-inch 4K Roku TV for just $448. That’s hands-down one of the least-expensive 75-inch TVs we’ve seen. The TV is powered by the Roku platform, which is our favorite when it comes to streaming. You also get Dolby Vision/HDR support, DTS Studio Sound, and a modern bezel-less design. Remember, this is a budget TV, so you’re probably not gonna want to connect your PS5/XSX to it. However, this is as cheap as 75-inch TVs get.
Let me start off by saying this isn’t technically a deal. However, if you’re still on the prowl for a PS5 console — Walmart has stock of the PS5 (Disc) with God of War Ragnarök for $559. That’s face value for the console and game. It’s crazy to say, but it looks like Walmart and Sony (opens in new tab) are the only retailers with stock at the moment. (Amazon may have stock, but you’ll need to ask for a request to buy it).
Anthony here again and if you’re interested in one of the best Google Home speakers but you want something a bit different, then the JBL Link Music just might be for you. Besides being a smart speaker, it also allows you to wirelessly stream music via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth from your smartphone.
The best part, the JBL Link Music is on sale for $50 at Walmart. This is $70 of its regular list price and you can even get free shipping. Whether you want to listen to your favorite songs on Spotify, YouTube Music or Apple Music, the JBL Link Music has you covered.
While the JBL Link Music is available in a number of different colors to match your home décor, Walmart currently has it on sale in black or gray. With its built-in JBL 360-Degree Pro Sound, this smart speaker can easily fill even a large room with your favorite music.
Anthony Spadafora here and if you’re looking for an inexpensive Android tablet that gives you easy access to the Google Play Store (unlike with the best Amazon Fire tablets), then the Lenovo Tab M8 just might be for you or someone on your holiday shopping list.
Right now, the Lenovo Tab M8 is on sale for $79 at Walmart (opens in new tab). This is $40 off its full retail price of $119. Even though this is a budget tablet, its 5,000 mAh battery provides up to 18 hours of web browsing which makes it ideal for eBooks or reading the news.
The Lenovo Tab M8 is an 8-inch Android tablet with an IPS display that’s also TÜV certified to limit blue light exposure which can be harmful for your eyes. While this could be a good gift for an older relative, it has a built-in kids mode too and comes pre-loaded with Google Kids Space. The Lenovo Tab M8’s full metal chassis also gives this budget tablet a more elegant look despite its low price.
Pete here again with a great deal on this Dyson Ball Animal 3 Extra Vacuum Cleaner at Walmart. Currently, this Dyson is $100 off its usual $499 asking price. Not a discount to sniff at!
Dyson vacuum cleaners are pretty expensive, it has to be said, but they are of very high quality and often make it into our best vacuum cleaners round ups. Unfortunately, that build quality also helps make this particular vacuum quite heavy, according to our Homes staff writer Cynthia Lawrence, so if you’re looking for an easy vacuum for carrying upstairs, this might not be for you.
So why should you buy it? Well, the Dyson Ball Animal 3 is designed specifically for pet owners, with tools for keeping homes free of pet hair. This deal puts the Dyson Ball Animal 3 Extra at the same price as the standard Animal 3. For the same money then, you get an extra Tangle-free Turbine Tool, for removing stubborn pet hair from upholstery and carpets. You’ll also get a pet grooming tool, for removing fur and dander from medium and long haired pets. As you’d expect, you’ll reap the benefits of Dyson’s famous R&D department, as well as their signature colorful styling and standout looks.
If you still need help deciding which Dyson is for you, make sure to read Cynthia’s helpful article on the 5 things to look for before buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner.
Pete Wolinski here again, and we’re staying on the gaming theme. Walmart are still offering a great deal on the LG 32” UltraGear QHD 165Hz Gaming Monitor, on sale at just $200.
I posted about this deal yesterday and am still as keen on it today because this offer represents great value for money. As a gamer and PC builder myself, it’s my opinion that upgrading from a 60Hz to a 165Hz monitor is one of the best upgrades you can make for your gaming set up, giving you much smoother gameplay. If you’re using a lower refresh rate monitor now, you’ll really notice the difference once you upgrade. Believe me, you won’t ever want to go back to 60Hz. The monitor also features a 1ms response time, which is incredibly quick and means you shouldn’t experience much in the way of ghosting or screen lag. QHD may not be 4K, but it still looks beautiful on a screen this size — I game on a QHD monitor myself because at these sizes, they offer amazing visuals at lower prices than 4K.
Walmart have had this monitor on sale for a few days now, so there’s no guarantee that stocks will last much longer. Get this deal while you can!
- Razer Huntsman Mini Special Edition Optical Gaming Keyboard:
$119$89 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
Pete Wolinski here again, Editor at Tom’s Guide. I’ve been building gaming PCs for around two decades now (pretty depressing when I think about it in those terms), and know the importance of getting the right keyboard for every build. If you’re finishing off a build or you just want to upgrade your existing keyboard, the Razer Huntsman Mini Special Edition is currently $30 off at Walmart, and could be a savvy choice.
While I haven’t used this keyboard personally, there are a few things I really like about it, which would certainly put it on my list to consider when upgrading myself. Firstly, it comes with PBT caps, which are far more durable than common ABS caps. This would be something you’d want to upgrade in the future anyway, so having PBT caps from the start will save you money in the long run. Additionally, this keyboard comes with a removable USB-C lead, which allows you to customize using your own cable. I normally use Cherry MX switches, whereas this keyboard comes with Razer’s own. This might not be a downside, however, as in our Razer Huntsman Mini review, Gaming Editor Marshall Honorof praised these switches as innovative and pleasant to use.
My next build is going to be a minimalist, small form factor PC and I can certainly see this keyboard fitting perfectly in with that kind of rig. You might also want to consider this keyboard if you travel a lot or have limited space on your desk.
Pete Wolinski here, one of the Editors at Tom’s Guide. I’m taking over the Walmart live blog for the next few hours to cover the best Black Friday deals at the retailer.
Let’s start the day with another great TV deal. We make no secret of the fact that we think pretty positively about the LG C2 range. In fact, we’ve put the C2 at the top of our list of best TVs. That’s why you’ll definitely want to take advantage of this deal on the LG C2 65” 4K OLED TV, which is currently 57% off its usual price at Walmart. For context, that’s over $2,000 off!
No TV is perfect, including the LG C2, and our review noted that this wasn’t the brightest of LG’s panels. It’s also missing a built-in ATSC 3.0 tuner, so if broadcasted 4K NextGenTV right out the box means a lot to you, it might be worth considering one of the best TVs with ATSC 3.0 tuners instead. However, with so many of us primarily streaming now, this may not be an issue, and the LG C2 nevertheless offers fantastic performance with its beautiful OLED panel, smart TV functionality and range of gaming features.
We saw this deal yesterday but wanted to bring it up again since it’s still live. It’s also one you may want to take advantage of.
The AirPods Pro 2 might be new but Walmart is offering Apple’s earbuds for a reduced price. Right now, you can snag one of the best wireless earbuds for just $234. This is $15 off the regular price and ties the lowest price we’ve seen yet.
In our AirPods Pro 2 review we gave these earbuds 4.5 out of 5 stars and an Editors’ Choice award because of all of the improvements. This includes 2x better noise cancelation, new volume controls in the stems and longer battery life. Plus, you can use the iPhone’s TrueDepth camera to create a personalized spatial audio to listen to some of the best Dolby Atmos sound in any pair of earbuds.
• LEGO Galaxy Explorer Building Set: $100 $75 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
During Black Friday, you can find a ton of deals on Lego sets of all kinds, as they make great gifts for kids of all ages. Take for example this deal, which cuts 25% off one of Lego’s classic outer space sets. This 1,254-piece model is a larger-scale version of a set that first went on sale in 1979. The spaceship has three retractable legs, a rover compartment and a retractable ramp, and comes with four minifigures. It’s meant for kids 18 and up, but why limit yourself?
• Google Nest Mini: $49 $18 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
Looking for another great stocking stuffer? Walmart is practically giving away the Google Nest Mini right now. At less than $20, it’s one of the best deals on one of the best smart speakers we’ve seen yet. The Nest Mini is powered by Google Assistant, which makes it easy to control connected smart home devices, such as smart lights, locks, and more. Despite its size, the Nest Mini puts out pretty good audio for small spaces, and we like its low-profile design. This deal covers all four colors of the Nest Mini — charcoal, coral, gray, and sky — so you’re not limited in your choices.
• Roku Streaming Stick 4K: $46 $24 @ Walmart (opens in new tab)
Here’s your chance to get one of the best streaming devices for nearly half off its regular price. In our Roku Streaming Stick 4K review, we loved its speedy response, Dolby Atmos audio, and its clean interface, which didn’t distract us with a ton of ads, like you find on other streaming platforms. At just $24, this makes for a great stocking stuffer for any cord-cutter in your life.
Whether you’re working from home or gaming, an ultrawide monitor gives you even more screen space than a traditional monitor. The Samsung SJ55W is a 34-inch ultrawide with a 3440×1440 resolution, a 75 Hz refresh rate and it even comes with AMD FreeSync to reduce image tear and stuttering while gaming.
The best part, this Samsung 34” WQHD ultrawide monitor is on sale for $229 at Walmart (opens in new tab). This is $170 off its full retail price of $399. Even though this is an older monitor, it still packs in plenty of features and can be a great upgrade or even a gift for those that want to make the switch from 16:9 to a 21:9 aspect ratio.
The Samsung SJ55W has two HDMI ports along with a DisplayPort connection and thanks to the inclusion of Picture-by-Picture and Picture-in-Picture, you can have two computers or a computer and a game console connected at the same time. While the included stand lets you tilt the monitor for a better viewing angle, the VESA mounting holes at its rear mean you can also use it with a monitor arm for even more flexibility.
Even though it was just released back in September, Walmart already has the Chromecast with Google TV HD on sale. This is one of the best streaming devices for older TVs as it lets you see which shows and movies you can watch using the new Google TV interface.
Right now, the Chromecast with Google TV HD is on sale for $18 at Walmart (opens in new tab). This is $12 off its regular list price of $30 and it’s also the lowest price we’ve seen for this recently released streaming device.
In our Chromecast with Google TV HD review, we praised the device’s HDR support and how easy it was to hide behind a TV. The new remote also makes it easier than ever to find what you want to watch next.
This is the TV I want to buy this holiday season. It’s currently on sale in all sizes. The 42-inch model is on sale for $996, whereas the 55-inch is on sale for $1,296. We named it one of the best TVs of 2022 with fantastic picture quality and overall performance. Heads up, Walmart isn’t the only retailer offering this deal. (You’ll also find it Amazon and Best Buy). Nevertheless, it’s a killer deal on one of the top TVs of the year.
There are plenty of excellent Walmart Black Friday deals on MacBooks and powerful gaming laptops, but there are also savings to be had on entry-level machines. For example, this Samsung Chromebook 4 is currently on sale for $139 at Walmart (opens in new tab).
As you’d probably expect considering the price it’s no powerhouse laptop, but it’ll do the basics well and that makes it a great cheap pick for at home learning or everyday tasks. It packs a 11.6-inch HD display, Intel Celeron N4020 processor, 32GB SSD and runs the popular Chrome OS. Samsung also claims this Chromebook offers “military-grade durability” which should make it well suited for even younger users.
If you’re a newcomer to the world of smartwatches, Walmart has an excellent Black Friday deal on the Fitbit Versa 2 that is a great way to try out fitness tracking tech without breaking the bank.
Right now, the Fitbit Versa 2 is on sale for $99 at Walmart (opens in new tab). That’s a $50 saving compared to its regular list price of $149. And it’s also the lowest price we’ve ever spotted for the wearable.
While the Fitbit Versa 2 has since been eclipsed by the Fitbit Versa 3, it’s still a worthwhile smartwatch, especially at this low price. It offers an attractive design that mimics the look of an Apple Watch, a solid battery life, sleep tracking and customizable training programs (although you will need a Fitbit subscription for that feature). It’s no longer the flagship model, but it’s great entry-level device for first time smartwatch users.
We’ve already seen some great Black Friday deals on headphones and earbuds at Walmart. Well, continuing the trend, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 are currently $30 off, representing a 20% discount.
In our Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 review, we weren’t that keen on the battery life, call quality or less-than-premium design of these earbuds. So if those things matter most to you, it might be best to scroll down and check out the other Walmart headphones deals we’ve covered previously on this blog. However, we loved the sound quality of the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, as well as the strong active noise cancellation and in-ear comfort, especially considering their affordable price even before this deal. So, if it’s audio fidelity and ANC you value most, or you wear your earbuds all day and need them to be comfortable, these headphones are a great choice.
Pete Wolinski here, How To and Cameras editor at Tom’s Guide and an avid PC gamer, taking over the Walmart Black Friday Live blog for the next few hours. Let’s kick things off with one of our favorite Walmart deals from yesterday which is still going today! This LG 32″ QHD Gaming monitor is still on offer at $150 off its usual price. You’ll want to snap this one up before stocks get low, as while it didn’t make our list of the best gaming monitors in 2022, it still offers impressive specs for the money — notably a 165Hz refresh rate for buttery smooth gameplay versus a 60Hz monitor.
Walmart’s early Black Friday deals are good for anyone looking to buy a cheaper TV, with all sorts of discounts to be had. For example, you can get a large 75-inch 4K TV for under $500.
This 75-inch Hisense 4K TV is on sale for just $448. It runs Roku TV OS for easy access to all your favorite streaming services. Plus, this set supports HDR, voice control via Google Assistant or Alexa and a dedicated Game Mode for reduced input lag when playing video games.
In the market for some new earbuds? If you’re an Apple device owner, good news: Apple’s 1st generation AirPods Pro are on sale at Walmart right now for roughly $55 off.
Sure, the AirPods Pro 2 were unveiled at the September 2022 Apple Event, but the existing AirPods Pro are still great and should serve you well. In our original Apple AirPods Pro review we loved the excellent sound quality and high-quality noise cancelling tech, and though the battery life could be longer this pair does come with a charging case to help you stay gassed up on the go.
It’s past 7 PM ET, and you know what that means: Walmart’s Deals for Days discounts are now available to everyone, no Walmart Plus membership required.
If you’re in the market for a new gaming laptop, Walmart’s got a great deal going that knocks a little over $200 off the price of a new 16-inch Lenovo Legion 5 Pro. It ships with a cutting-edge Intel 12th Gen CPU, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GPU, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, which is more than enough muscle to run most games quite well on the laptop’s 16-inch WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) 240Hz display.
In our Lenovo Legion 5 Pro review we lauded last year’s model of this slick Windows 11 gaming laptop for delivering plenty of power and a great display in an understated aesthetic. We were a little less impressed by the keyboard and speakers, but you can always plug in one of the best gaming keyboards and best gaming headsets if you want an upgrade!
We’re roughly an hour away from the (second) start to the Walmart Deals for Days event. Starting at 7 p.m. ET, everyone will have access to Walmart’s deals. (No Walmart Plus membership will be required). So what deals are left and what are we looking forward to? Above is a quick list of the deals we’re most excited about this evening. Remember, there will be another Deals for Days event on Monday, November 14 and Monday, November 21. (Though keep in mind it’s not guaranteed these deals will be available again).
November is turning out to be a pretty balmy month. While you’re probably not gonna rush to the beach anytime soon, Walmart has the JBL Flip 4 Speaker on sale for just $59. In our JBL Flip 4 review, we called the Editor’s Choice Bluetooth speaker the sub-$100 speaker king. It offers excellent bass/treble/mid-tones for its size and epic battery life that lasts for over 12 hours. By comparison, Amazon has it for $79 (opens in new tab).
Here’s a solid deal for any PC gamers out there. Walmart has the LG 32-inch UltraGear QHD Monitor on sale for $200! The monitor sports a 165Hz refresh rate, HDR10 support, and a 2560 x 1440 resolution. It also has a near bezel-free design, so it’ll fit it with any modern desktop. By compraison, Best Buy has it for $399 (opens in new tab).
Here’s a solid deal that doesn’t require Walmart Plus membership. Right now you can get the Apple Watch 7 (LTE/41mm) on sale for just $329. That’s the lowest price we’ve ever seen for this model. (It’s $20 cheaper than its previous price low). It’s no longer Apple’s flagship, but the Apple Watch 7 is still a solid smartwatch. It features a bright display, IPX6 certification, and up to 33% faster charging than its predecessor. Keep in mind this is the LTE model, which means you’ll need a wireless plan if you want to use its cellular features.
There are a lot of cheap laptops/Chromebooks on sale at Walmart right now. If you’re looking for the utmost cheapest one around, the HP 11-inch Chromebook is on sale for $79. Just keep in mind that you’re limited to an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 LCD, AMD A4 CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. That’s fine for young kids, but might be a tad underpowered for day-to-day tasks.
A better pick could be the Acer 17-inch Chromebook. It has a 17.3-inch 1080p LCD, Celeron N4500 CPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB eMMC. It’s not gonna break any speed records, but you get a bigger (1080p) display, which should at least make Web surfing a more pleasurable experience.
There are a lot of coffee machines on sale right now. However, if you’re looking for a basic, single-serve machine, you’ll be hard-pressed to find anything cheaper than this. Walmart has the Keurig K-Express Essentials on sale for $35. This is great if you live by yourself, in a dorm room, or if you’re an occasional coffee drinker. It features a 36-ounce reservoir and it allows for back-to-back brewing, which means you don’t have to wait for your brewer to reheat before brewing a second cup. By comparison, Amazon has it on sale for $75 (opens in new tab).
If you want something for a bigger household, Walmart also has the Ninja CM300 Hot & Cold Coffee System on sale for $99 (opens in new tab). This Ninja machine isn’t pod-based, which means you can choose whatever coffee you like. (I own the Ninja CE251 and absolutely love it. The CM300 is a fancier version of the model I have).
I have a small confession to make. I’ve yet to see the latest season of Stranger Things. It’s been on my to-do list since it debuted, but I just never got around to it. (I blame Love is Blind for hogging up all my time). Anyways, I think this deal is pretty cool. You get Chromecast with Google TV and a Funko Pop! Stranger Things Eleven figure for just $39. If you don’t care for the Funko Pop! figure, you can get the standalone streamer for just $18 (opens in new tab). Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m eagerly awaiting the last episodes of LIB which should come out this week!
And we’re officially live! Walmart Plus members can now shop the first batch of Walmart Black Friday deals. I’ve highlighted a few of my personal favorite deals above. Remember to sign into your Walmart Plus account to shop. (It’s also worth calling out that you have to be a paying member to shop the deals. If you’re currently on a free trial, you must forgo it to get access to the deals). You can sign up for Walmart Plus here (opens in new tab).
It’s almost time! Hey, everyone! Deals editor Louis here guiding you through today’s Walmart Deals for Days event. So here’s a quick recap on where we stand — Walmart’s first batch of Black Friday deals begins at 12 p.m. ET today (for Walmart Plus members) or 7 p.m. ET (for everyone else).
Walmart will release new deals every Monday through the week of Thanksgiving. There are a lot of juicy deals that will go live today, but here’s one that I think will sell out fast. Walmart will have the TCL 55-inch 4K Roku TV on sale for $188. That’s one of the least expensive big-screen 4K TVs we’ve seen so far this year. Reminder — the sale will go live at 12 p.m. ET for Walmart Plus members.
Onn is Walmart’s in-house brand of electronics. As part of its early Black Friday sales, Walmart has the Onn 65-inch QLED 4K TV on sale for $398. That’s one of the least-expensive QLED TVs we’ve seen. The TV features 60 local dimming zones, Dolby Vision support, Dolby Atmos audio, and four HDMI ports. It also uses Roku’s streaming platform, which is our favorite. If you want a big-screen TV on a budget, this is as cheap as QLEDs come.
The AirPods Pro 2 are brand new but they’re already seeing a discount on Walmart. Right now you can grab one of the best wireless earbuds for just $234, which is $15 off the regular price and ties the lowest price we’ve seen yet.
The best Black Friday deals won’t arrive at Walmart until 12 p.m. ET (for Walmart Plus members, 7 p.m. for everyone) but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t still several deals worth shopping right now.
Case in point, the Beats Earbuds are on sale for $99 at Walmart (opens in new tab). That’s a $50 saving compared to its $150 full retail price. This is an excellent deal on a top-quality set of AirPods alternatives, and you don’t need to be a Walmart Plus member to score this deal.
In our Beats Studio Buds review, we labeled it a “surprisingly affordable” option and that was before Walmart slashed the price by $50. We particularly liked the compact design, strong active noise cancellation (a feature reserved for the pricey AirPods Pro) and IPX4 water and sweat resistance. The mediocre call quality and inability to easily switch multiple devices do hold the Beats Studio Buds back somewhat but are far from a deal breaker.
If you’re looking for a deal you can shop now, Walmart has the Apple Watch SE 2020 (GPS/40mm) on sale for $199. That’s $50 cheaper than the Apple Store’s price and the second-best price we’ve seen for this watch. Despite being a generation old, the 2020 Apple Watch SE is still a great budget smartwatch. Just keep in mind it hit $188 last month, so there’s a chance it could get cheaper in the coming days. But if you can’t afford to wait — this is a solid value.
One of the flagship deals in Walmart’s Deals for Days event is this massive 75-inch Hisense 4K Roku TV, which will be on sale for just $448. It’s not only the cheapest 75-inch TV we’ve seen this year, but we like it because unlike other budget big-screen TVs, this model is powered by the Roku platform, which is our favorite when it comes to streaming. You also get Dolby Vision/HDR support, DTS Studio Sound, and a modern bezel-less design. Remember, this is a budget TV, so you probably won’t get the best picture quality out there. Nevertheless, it’s as cheap as big TVs get.
