The HP DeskJet 2755 all-in-one printer has a disappointing build quality. The entire body is made of plastic, which feels solid and sturdy. The power cord is removable, which is great in case it ends up getting damaged. That said, the cable sticks out of the middle of the back of the printer, instead of the more common backside corner. Also, the scanner’s hinges can’t extend to accommodate larger books or manuals. Because of this printer’s compact size, those with large hands might struggle to access paper jams or the print heads. Also, it lacks photo and paper trays, and its flimsy rear page feeder can only hold 60 pages at a time. Finally, the printer needs to be on to access the ink cartridges.
