The HP DeskJet 2722 has disappointing build quality and design. Instead of a paper tray, it has a rear feeder that doesn’t hold many pages. Also, people with large hands may struggle to reach print heads since the horizontal opening is quite small. Paper jams can be accessed only by this front opening, and not from the back like on most printers. The scanner lid hinges can’t be raised to accommodate thicker items like textbooks or magazines. On the plus side, its plastic body feels solid, and the power cable is detachable in case you need to replace it.
