When spring showers force you inside, the new TV shows in April 2021 will keep you entertained. The calendar of new TV shows and movies airing on broadcast, cable and streaming is filled with fresh offerings from Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video and others.
This month brings award-winning dramas like The Handmaid’s Tale, fantasy epics like The Nevers and Shadow and Bone, as well as family-friendly comedies like Dad Stop Embarrassing Me and Big Shot. We’re also getting several reality favorites, including Netflix’s social experiment The Circle and Lifetime’s spinoff of Married at First Sight, Unmatchables.
