The Indian vivo S1 will premiere the MediaTek Helio P65 chipset and it will pair it with either 4GB or 6GB of RAM, according to a new report from the country.
This vivo S1 should not be confused with the vivo S1 for China, which has a completely different design and set of specs – yes, it’s really that confusing.
The India-bound vivo S1 will have a 6.38-inch FullHD Super AMOLED with a fingerprint scanner embedded into it.
Camera-wise it will have a 32MP selfie camera and a triple camera on the rear – 16MP main, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor.
The vivo S1 will have a large 4,500mAh battery with dual-engine fast charging and 128GB of onboard storage.
Here are a few images of the device and its retail box. The vivo S1 is expected to command a price lower than INR 20,000 (250) and to launch in early August.
