OnePlus owners are treated to some new features in the latest OxygenOS beta build. Available to phones from the OnePlus 5 to the latest 6T, the new release brings the April security patch alongside several new system features.
The added parking location feature seems to be the highlight of the update. Similar to the Google Maps feature, you will be able to either take a photo of your car with geolocation or simply mark the vehicle on the map for convenience. The new parking feature will be directly available as an app in the launcher.
Another key addition is the landscape quick reply function for supported apps like WhatsApp. The rest of the novelties include improved network speed display, quick settings shortcuts, and improved page indicator. The update is only available for those on the beta channel, but if not major bugs are found the features should rollout to the stable build shortly.
