- Select and highlight the text

1. Select and highlight the text
To start, select the portion of text you would like to draw a line through. From there, drag your cursor over the text, so that the segment is highlighted.

2. Click “Format” in the toolbar
Next, find the toolbar that is placed horizontally across the top of the page. Move your cursor to the “Format” button and click.
3. Hover your cursor over the “Text” button and choose “Strikethrough”
Once you click on “Format,” a drop-down menu should appear. From that list of options, hover your cursor over the “Text” button. From there, another pop-up menu will appear.elect the option labeled “Strikethrough.”
